Stateline & Zephyr Cove Communities
Stateline & Zephyr Cove are two communities that lie just past the border separating Nevada and California on the South shore. Zephyr Cove is most commonly known for Zephyr Cove Resort and all the nearby activities. Not only is there a very well known beach, but there is also the M.S. Dixie, tennis courts, disc golf, horse back riding and so much more! Stateline is predominantly known for the gambling and nightlife in the South Shore. Also in Stateline is Kingsbury Grade, on U.S. Route 207. This takes people “off the hill” and down into Gardnerville, Minden and surrounding areas. This particular area is extremely convenient for getting around. One can be down in Carson City in 25 minutes, The North Shore in 30 minutes, or The Y in 15.
